If you're not 18 yet, download this activity release form and have your parents fill it out.  We'll keep it on file and you'll be good to go for most off-site events through the summer of 2013!  (Except for a camp or two.)

HIGH SCHOOL GAME NIGHT
7pm-8:30pm in the Garden's Family Room
Calling all high schoolers!  Bring your friends for a night of fun, snacks, prizes, and more! This is for everyone who will be in high school this fall. Please sign up so we can estimate a count.  All students under 18 must have a Youth Activity Release Form on file with GCA.  Download the form HERE, have their parents complete  it, and bring it to the Game Night.  See Bob Brightman for more info or e-mail 247@gcatc.com
